How to Order Sample for Custom Style
1. STYLE BRIEF
Send a short brief of your collection. Photos, sketches or simply ideas to our contact email.
2. QUOTE & FEEDBACK
We provide pricing and timelines once get your email.
3. SAMPLING PAYMENT
Normally USD 50-90 per style depend on style.
4. SAMPLING LEADTIMES (1-2 WEEKS)
Once receive the sample payment, it takes around 1-2 weeks to finish samples.
5. DELIVERY (4-5 DAYS WORLDWIDE)
We mainly send our goods with FEDEX,
DHL Express –arriving to your local customs in about 5-7 business days.
How to Order Bulk?
1. DESIGN CONFIRM
When ordering bulk , the fit, design and details of each design is already settled. or you can choose from our ready-to-go collection of knitwear designs。
2. QUOTE & FEEDBACK
We provide pricing and timelines once get your email to our email address.
3. BULK PAYMENT
Before the bulk production begins, we usually require customers to pay a deposit, which is a percentage of the total order amount. Send via Bank transfer to our company account.
4. PRODUCTION LEADTIMES
Based on the order quantity, we will negotiate the production timeline with the customer. Typically, the production time for bulk orders ranges from a few weeks to several months.
5. DELIVERY
We will ship the goods on time as agreed upon by both parties.
